Our Tenants

Our renters have come from various backgrounds, lifestyles & locations all over the world. Some short term & many long term.

They have included road construction crews & management from Flat Iron Construction Corp, Dawson Construction Ltd, Emil Anderson Construction (EAC) Inc. and the Ledcor Group. Over the past winter we have had the privilege of renting a number of suites to construction workers from Maple Reinders Inc.

Some of our guests have come to the Golden area on an extended vacation of several months or more while others have come to the area to work at the Kicking Horse Resort, Northern Wildlife Centre or at other local attractions making this their home.
