Blaeberry Apartments & Guest House Vacation Rentals feature a large 3 bedroom (2000 SQ/FT) Guest House as well as several (1) and (2) bedroom suites of various sizes and configurations. All units are fully furnished with kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, pots and pans etc.) living room, dining room, bathroom and bedrooms. All units have private entrances.

The Guest house is available for short term (daily & weekly) vacation rentals only. Presently the apartments all remain as monthly rental units.

A BBQ and Firepit in the courtyard are available for use as well. There is a public coin operated Laudromat on site with (4) washers & dryers.

All units include internet, satellite TV packages, built in vacuum and individual plug-ins for vehicles. Guest House is heated with electric forced air/heat c/w heat pump. Apartments 1-4 have in slab radiant panel hot water heat. Apartment #5 has electric baseboard heat. All units have individual thermostats.
